Visa Letters for Entering Canada
US, EU, Australian, and Japanese citizens do not require a visa to enter Canada -- only a valid passport is required. For other country-specific requirements, please check here. Individuals requiring letters of support for visa applications must:- First, register for the conference.
- Then send an email to absoul@ece.ubc.ca that includes the following information:
- complete name
- date of birth, if known
- the company represented and the person’s position
- the person’s address and telephone number (both work and home)
- the date the person intends to leave Canada, if known.
