Over the past two decades, FCCM has been the place to present papers on architectures, tools, and programming models for field-programmable custom computing machines as well as applications that use such systems. This year FCCM seeks to embrace its role as the venue where \u201cfirsts\u201d are presented by encouraging submissions describing new forward thinking research on emerging technologies with in-field reconfiguration capabilities for the upcoming post Moore\u2019s Law era. &nbsp; Topics of interest include but are not limited to:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Custom Computing and Reconfigurable Architectures<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heterogeneous and mixed signal digital\/analog field customizable accelerators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neuromorphic emulation and accelerators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memory centric computing architectures&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overlays, coarse grained reconfigurable architectures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clusters, data centers, and large systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IoT and Embedded SoC, MPSoC architectures with reconfigurable devices&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security enhancements for reconfigurable computing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customizable soft processor systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstractions, Programming Models, and Tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use of Large Language Models (LLMs) for FPGA design&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain-specific languages, frameworks, and open-source hw\/sw synthesis\/compilation tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design tools, instrumentation, debug for designer productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-level synthesis&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software-defined-systems (e.g. radio, networks, frameworks for new domains)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CAD tools, abstractions, and languages for mixed analog\/digital fabrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Run Time Reconfiguration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run-time management and scheduling of reconfigurable hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System resilience\/fault tolerance for reconfigurable hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evolvable, adaptable, approximate, or autonomous reconfigurable computing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security assessment and enhancement of run-time reconfiguration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Applications<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluations and analysis on custom computing architectures with GPUs, NPUs, or DSPs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post Quantum Cryptography, Quantum control and emulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety critical, reliable and high assurance&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security detection and prevention, and Side Channel analysis and Attack&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital twin, modeling, and acceleration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FCCM 2025 is an in-person event. At least one author will be required to register and attend. (Submissions that fail to meet this requirement will not appear in IEEE Xplore.) Please refer to the FCCM website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fccm.org\">www.fccm.org<\/a>) for updates and details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper Types:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions can be made for any of the two paper types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Traditional technical long papers<\/strong> that introduce and evaluate new technologies.
