For those who need an invitation letter for visa, please send the requests directly to Prof. Christophe Bobda (cbobda@ece.ufl.edu). In the email, please provide the paper number, the title of your paper, your affiliation, and your address.

Airport Shuttle Instructions
Arriving at MCO:
- After exiting your plane please proceed to the tram which will take you to the Terminal/Baggage Claim area.
- After exiting the tram, please proceed to A, B or C Baggage Claim based on the airline you flew in.
- Baggage Claim can be found on level 2 of the main Terminal Building for A and B Side.
- Terminal C, Baggage Claim is located on Level 6.
- After collecting luggage, please use the courtesy phone (located on Baggage Claim) or your cell phone to call the hotel directly at: (407) 856-0100 (stay on the line through the prompts to speak to the front desk). Notify the hotel that you are at the Airport and ready to be picked up. Inform the Front Desk Agent which side you will be picked up at, (A side, B side or C Side).
- After calling the hotel announcing your arrival, please go down to Ground Transportation which is located on level 1 for all 3 Terminals (A, B and C) and look for the DoubleTree parking spot.
- Parking spot locations will be determined by the Airline you flew in. Our pick up locations are:
A-Side: A-4 and A-44
B-Side: B-3 and B-40
C-Side: C270 and 271
